Rose's
Community Roots
Rose Espinoza grew up in a segregated migrant community called the 'Red Camp' in La Habra. Early on, Rose learned the value of self-sufficiency, accountability, and community. Since then, she has held a strong belief that what allows communities to thrive is when "neighbors take care of neighbors".

Rose has remained grounded in this belief and has continued to advocate for all her constituents as Council member of La Habra. It is this strength that Rose will bring as OC Supervisor.
What Does a supervisor do?

As I campaign across Orange County, many people ask me what does a supervisor actually do?
Well, the short answer is supervisors govern the county government; the Board of Supervisors are the regional government, functioning as intermediaries between the state government and city government.
